Hello! We are 2 friends, Lauriane and Ryan. We both live in Galway city in Ireland. Ryan is Irish-American and Lauriane is French. We would love to stay with some hosts, and help them with whatever they need! We are both very laid-back and enjoy doing a lot of activities, such as gardening, caring for animals and children, cooking and eating, exploring new horizons, hiking, meeting other people and learning about different cultures...

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

We both have experience in gardening, in different ways. Ryan has worked in different landscape companies, and has been a nature tutor for kids and adults. Lauriane has a garden design diploma, worked in a garden centre and has volunteered in community gardens. We love to be outdoors and are not afraid of getting dirty and wet (immuned to the Irish wet weather 😉). We are both musicians too, Ryan plays the bodhran (Irish frame drum), the tin whistle and sings. Lauriane plays the fiddle, concertina and piano. She also does a little old style Irish dancing, called Sean nos. We have been playing together since 6 years, busking, playing in pub sessions, and for tour companies. We also both teach music from complete beginner to intermediate level. Both of us also have restaurant experience, Lauriane is a pastry chef, having done her training in France. And Ryan has been a manager in different restaurants in the US and Hawaii. We wouldn't mind also to teach English or/and French and learn the country's language in exchange.
