Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I am a social person, I like to talk and have meaningful conversations and get to know different people and their cultures.
I have some professional and also volunteering experiences. Professionally, I worked 4 years as a medical receptionist in Brazil. My job was to answer phone calls, manage the doctors' schedules, send emails, and give information to patients about exam procedures. In this job I had the opportunity to develop more of my computer skills, and mainly communication skills, because we had some patients that were very sick, and needed someone to talk to, it was good being able to make their day a little better. I also worked as an English and Portuguese teacher in Brazil (for kids, teenagers and adults) for about a year, that experience made me a better person, it made understand that each person is different and we have to make an effort to understand each one's particulatiries. In Ireland, I worked for 2 years in a restaurant. My job was to take the orders, assemble the meals, drinks and desserts and hand to the customers. At the end of the day we also had to do some cleaning. This job taught me a lot about dealing with customers that were unhappy with the service, I was always trying to brighten up their day.
As a volunteers, I did a project in a creche for kids in Brazil. It was an afternoon that we were able to play with them, bring some candies and brighten up their day. For nearly 9 years I volunteered in a Church in the weekends doing some activities with the youth. My group and I would bring meaningful topics to talk about, meditate about the topic and talk to people if they needed. Also, we would have some moments to sing songs together, and I was one of the people helping with the singing.

Something you also need to know about me is that I love animals and nature, and throughout the 26 years of my life I had beautiful opportunities to be in contact with them. We had 3 dogs back at home, I had beautiful years taking care of them and playing with them. At the moment, we have 2 cockatiels in Brazil, and I really love talking and singing to them. Plus, my grandfather had a farm in Brazil, so we would go there at least once a month. Every time I went there I would ride a horse with my cousins and sometimes I would try to milk the cows.
