Hi My Name is Lara 30 Years old. I am from Switzerland. Im a certified Dietarychef.

I love to travel,hike, cook/bake, holistic health, nature,reading books, meeting new people and their history and do all kind of Sports. In my spare time you usually find me outdoors.

I m honest, trustworthy , loyal and love to learn new things and meet people.
Most of the time I m happy and smiling and always love to banter if im comfortable with the people around me. Im a total morning person and always up for adventures.

I am hardworking, responsible, and a quick learner motivated to help.
I m very handy but definitly not a constructor.😉
My englisch is decent.

Since i love eating meat, i like to know where its from and do all the steps till its on the plate. So if you are in to hunting/fishing i would love to join you on your trips.

Since I m an actuall dietary chef I know a lot about the human body, diseases, and the interplay between psychology and the body in relation to food and absorption and love to talk or teach about it
