hi guys, our names are Julia and Laila and we are very curious. We have been best friends for 14 years and can laugh about everything. we are 18 years old and are from Germany. we have just finished school and are now doing a gap year. in which we want to make a positive contribution to the world, get to know new people and cultures and of course learn languages. we are looking forward to this adventure with all its challenges. we have some special skills because we are very active and dedicated people. if in case you want to know more about us, feel free to have a look at our profile :)

Laila:
-Windsurfing license
-car drivers license
-Moped driver's license
-I am a lifeguard with license
-I have been playing the piano for 13 years and have passed several music theory and piano exams
-I have worked several times in an institution where I cared for mentally disabled children and taught them the piano
-completed an internship in the kindergarten
-I have played the leading role in many plays and participated in projects
-I like to sew clothes around
-I like to spend my free time painting paintings (see pictures)
-both worked on Olive farms and farms in general

Julia:
-I did a student exchange to Spain last summer and loved it.
-I went to a German-french-language school and therefore speak 3 foreign languages English, French, Spanish.
-I play Tennis and am part of a HipHop-dance-group since 12 years.
-I was in a choir with Laila.
-I was in a theater group a couple of years.
-I tutored some kids in maths and other subjects.
-big family = experience with small children
-I am currently working as a mini jobber at a construction company in the office.
-I did some internships in sort of an architect office and a construction company.
-both worked on Olive farms and farms in general

We are currently working as waitresses in Germany.
We are also part of an organizing group that plans social activities for young people to break the non-social barrier in the countryside. We have already organized some events with success!
