Description

Hi, I'm Laerke.

I live in Aarhus, Denmark, where I'm currently taking a break from my studies in Art History and German. I want to improve my German language skills and have therefore taken some time off to travel around Germany.

I'm a very easy-going and smiling person who really enjoys spending time with family and friends, doing arts and crafts, playing football and being active. I come from a small town in Denmark and have a very big family where I'm the middle child of five siblings - so I'm a very social person who's used to living with other people 😊

I am studying German Language and Culture at the University of Aarhus, with the aim of one day becoming a teacher at a Danish type of high school. I am looking forward to (hopefully) improving my language skills, but will also be very open to teaching English and Danish if such a wish comes up 😊.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I can do gardening, outdoor work and a bit of DIY around the house - in a very weird way I really like painting walls. I also really like baking and cooking and will be happy to cook dinner, breakfast etc. I have worked a lot with cleaning and childcare in the past - as a cleaner and in several nurseries. I have several younger siblings/cousins and find it very enjoyable to spend time with them 😊
