Hi there!
My name is Kitty and I am a baker from the rural British countryside. Where I live, we have more cows then people, so I'm always at home with animals. I also lived on a farm and have hand raised, pigs, sheep and chickens.

I have travelled most of Europe and baked all round the world. Recently i have taken a break from baking and have set up a not for profit , donating free bread kits to schools, food hubs and community groups, enabling others to bake!
I run this project remotely which now means I can explore the world further!

I love learning about people, their lives and culture, people say I never stop smiling and to be honest it's true, partly because I have big teeth but mainly because I am always happy (easily amused).

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have three main skills which I'm incredibly passionate AND knowledgeable about (i have a lot of things I'm passionate about but I'm not sure how knowledgeable).

Cooking & Baking
I have spent the last 5 years in kitchens, both 'fancy' and wholesome. Last year i worked in Portland for a few months helping and teaching in a food shelter.
I love to teach people how to bake, especially sourdough (I bring my starter, Gary, everywhere).

Animal care
As mentioned I lived on a farm growing up and am very familiar with the care animals need, from bottle feeding routines to mucking out stables- i also had horses and show jumped professionally.

Social media
I run 4 social media pages, two for my businesses/ bakery, one for my not for profit and one for myself. I have over 20k followers on each account and just love creating content.
I have also built a couple websites and although I can't say I'm a pro, I know my way around most sites.

I am the youngest of three and have a large extended family, since we all live pretty rurally and grew up with a very old TV, we would play hours of card and board games. I seem to have no off switch with games and can play for hours and hours....as long I win (just kidding, or am I).

I am also incredibly British and will apologise at least 20 times a day. Hmmm what else...oh, I eat pretty much everything and anything, also love fermenting things so if you fancy some sauerkraut or pickled eggs, just ask.
