My name is Kim, I am 27 years young, and I come from the United States. I am Mexican American raised in Texas and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology.

I genuinely want to experience more of life and learn through doing. I’m very active, adaptable, and happy to help wherever I’m needed. My friends and family would describe me as reliable, communicative, respectful, and too wise for my age (whatever that means haha)

Throughout my life, I had several jobs, including work in restaurants, babysitting, and tutoring. I even started a little business offering organic cold pressed juicing services (health is wealth!). For a couple of years, I worked for the city's public health department as an advocate in stopping the spread of communicable diseases in schools, hospitals, and other settings. However, due to insufficient grant funding, I was laid off. Instead of rushing to find another job, I decided to take a break and explore, and I'm glad I did!

I love being around children, teaching, and sharing knowledge, but I’m just as comfortable being a student and learning from others. I’m open-minded, curious, and see every experience as an opportunity to know myself more. I don’t need things to be perfect. I truly value meaningful connections, honest work, and being part of something real!

I speak Spanish and English fluently, and I am currently a beginner in Twi, which I am slowly learning with great interest.

I am currently in Ghana and will be here for a couple of months.

Lately, I've been interested in filmmaking or just creating digital memories with my camera. I would love the chance to create videos for businesses that tell a story. I have also been learning how to fly my drone!
