Hey, I'm Katrin. I'm 27 years old and I live in Cologne (Germany).
I’m a very outgoing person who loves to meet new people and to discover diffrent cultures. That’s why I love to travel around the world. In my free time, I like doing sports and enjoy cooking and drawing or painting.

I’m more an introvert person and see myself as a very empatic person. That’s why I enjoy working with people who need help in any way. For 2 years now, I’m really into health awareness. Including nutrition, sports and mental health. Over the years I gained more interest in sustainability and human rights. In cologne I'm part of a worldwide human rights organization called IJM (international justice mission).

I'm aware of the global differences, in terms of health system, education, living conditions, security and ecological impact.
I like to get out of my comfort zone, experience and learn new things and to expand my horizon. I really want to get in touch with the people of the countries that I travel to and want to learn from them, while maybe also being able to give something back. I think we can learn a lot about the world while doing so and creating changes inside and outside of us. To make this world to a better place.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I'm a very handy and creative person. In my free time I like drawing and painting, or do handicraft.
I also enjoy cooking and like to learn more and more about nutrition.
In general I’m really into health awareness. Including nutrition, sports and mental health. I like to read books about it and listen to podcasts or watch documentaries.
I did an 3 year internship at a health insurcance company and worked there for a year afterwards (including accounting and costumer service). I also took 2 university courses in a study called „healthpsychology“. That’s why I’m really interested in projects that help people with their nutrituon and in general with their health.
Moreover I'm volunteering in a human rights organization and learned a lot about sustainability and the impact of consumption. I would love to work with projects that are sustainable and work against violence, to make a difference and empower the people who are suppressed and have less.
