Hi and welcome to my profile.
I am Kathe (58) from Denmark.

I am quite new to workaway but as I am an experienced house / pet sitter, I am always happy to take Care of animals.
I have taken care of houses, plants, cats, dogs, chickens and many horses, ponies and donkeys .
Horses has always been a part of my life .
Many sits are returning sits. I do Germany, France, Andorra and Spain.
Feel free to contact me if you are in these countries.

I do also voluntary work for different animal charities.

To balance the house sittings, where I am often alone in rural countryside, I started to do workaways. I find that a great combination.

I am always happy to care for animals and work in the garden.
I can help organize, declutter and get you started selling stuff online.

I am a therapist and life coach , used to have my own practice and a vintage jewelry business . I still collect vintage jewelry and buy/sell time to time and in the progress of writing a book about vintage jewelry .

As a the mother of 3 adult daughters, I am experienced in running a home.

I am a lover of nature and animals.

I am openminded, a mix of intro and extrovert, warmhearted and enjoy good conversations.

I value and practice honesty and kindness in all my relationships.

I am an active women with no health issues, love to swim in the Sea or hike in the Mountains.

As I come with my car, rural location is no problem.
I am happy to go and explore on my own too.

I am vegetarian and I need a private warm room with a comfortable bed to rewind from the day.

I speak English, some German and working on my French.

I am experienced in taken care of a home, raised 3 children. I have been housesitting 20+ times taken care of cats, dogs, horses and chickens. I have downsized and decluttered. I can offer both emotional support and practical help in that area. I can help in garden or in the house, take care of animals, cats, dogs, horses, chickens.

Kathe gave us great support on our small horse farm for three weeks. Whether it's looking after the horses, gardening or taking the dogs for a walk..., she does her “job” with composure and perseverance. Kathe war zwei Wochen bei mir und hat mir viel im Haus und im Garten geholfen. Leider war das Wetter nicht immer sehr gut, aber sie hat trotzdem Gartenarbeit verrichten können. Tom is a great host, even from our first communication he was very welcoming.
He is kind and caring, asking what food I wanted and went shopping. I felt more like a guest than a worker.

Kathe stayed with me for a week in October. It was a real pleasure! Kathe arrived on time and worked hard throughout the stay. Kathe är en härlig kvinna, glad och positiv, öppen och självgående. Hon hjälpte mig i trädgården, inte rädd för att ta i även om det var jobbigt. I hushållet jobbade hon mycket bra och självständigt efter mina önskemål. På fritiden var hon aktiv. intresserad av det trakten kunde erbjuda. Om du kan "fånga in" Kathe är du en lycklig person.

I had such a nice stay here as it was difficult to leave. 3 weeks went so fast . Elisabeth is a great host, even from our first communication, she was very welcoming and throughout my stay, she would everyday making sure I was good, asking if I needed anything.
