Description
I really enjoy discovering new things and meeting new people. I get a lot of energy and joy from connecting with others and learning, which always broadens my horizons and opens my eyes to new perspectives. I’ve always had a bit of a traveler’s spirit - I wanted to be out there exploring, and my travels have taught me so much. Thanks to traveling and meeting people along the way, I’ve also been able to learn a lot of new things, and learning itself is something that truly excites me.
I love trying new things and I’m not closed off to anything. Many times I’ve said I wouldn’t do something or I didn’t like it, only to try it later and realize it was amazing.
I’m also really passionate about sports - they help me clear my mind and feel good physically and mentally. I especially enjoy kettlebell training and horseback riding.
What I value most, whether in sports or learning in general, is the process itself. Of course, the end goal matters, but what really motivates me is seeing progress step by step and noticing how things improve day by day. -

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
I work full time in IT sales, mainly in the retail sector but also beyond. As a Business Development Manager, I’m responsible for driving sales both domestically and internationally with some of the organization’s most strategic clients. I’ve been doing this for several years now, and I’ve built strong expertise in the field.
What sets me apart is my openness and people-first approach. I’m very much a team player and naturally good at building relationships with new people - I’m not afraid of reaching out, and people usually find it easy to connect with me.
Before my career in IT, I worked extensively in event management with large clusters in Poland, where I interacted with people at all levels, from senior executives to junior staff. I also spent significant time in the U.S. in the hospitality and food & beverage industry, which gave me further experience in working with people in diverse environments.
Outside of IT, I’m very hands-on and independent - I grew up learning to handle a variety of practical tasks, repairs, and outdoor work. I also ride horses, so working with animals and being outdoors is very natural to me. I don’t like sitting at a desk all the time; I enjoy movement, activity, and balance.
I’m fluent in Polish and English, and I speak German at a good level - though I’d love to keep improving it. Beyond work, I’m passionate about sports and different forms of activity, discovering new things, reading, music, and cultural or artistic events. I also love cooking and baking - I do it almost every day, I’m really good at it, and it brings me a lot of joy (not to mention that others enjoy it too). -
