Hello, my name is Karolina I am 24 years old and from Germany and kinda immigrated to England a few years ago. I joined a Hare Krishna community in 2020 where I stayed with some other travellers for a few years we volunteered in the kitchen and provided thousands of meals around London. It changed my life completely, I have met great people and experienced some amazing, unforgettable moments this was all due to workaway actually. I explored a lot around the UK, have been to some festivals and lived a very alternative lifestyle.
I would like to use Workaway as an opportunity to travel more the world to meet new cultures and people. I hope to gain a lifetime experience, expand my knowledge and learn new things.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I am very reliable and a quick learner. I particularly enjoy working in any type of job opened to lern new things and work in different areas. I worked a lot with children in arts, after school clubs an general babysitting. I can do gardening, got some DIY skills like painting building etc. I love doing art and at the moment I try it in the music direction. I also have worked a lot in the kitchen and in service I absolutely love cooking. After school I did an emergency medical course so I got some training and can provide medical support. I pursued a career in patient transport, sleep laboratory and working in the hospital I didn't continued this path but still I'm very interested in health, wellbeing and nutrition but now more in a holistic way.

I enjoy doing yoga and reading. I ride my bike a lot and anywhere. I love boats and being by the water is my favourite place, would love to learn surfing one day:)
