Hello!

I am a Canadian currently in New Zealand. I arrived at the end of May with a working holiday visa. Currently in Auckland doing a great exchange here but looking to relocate in July. I have lots of experience with children, cleaning, hospitality and don't mind hard work or cold weather (no such thing as bad weather--only bad clothing). I also have experience making sourdough & brewing kombucha on an industrial scale. As well as experience living off-grid in the Yukon Territory. I have cleaning, childcare, cooking and baking experience. I am quite interested in learning to garden, farm and build things. The road had taught me to be resouceful as well as patient.

I love reading, writing, movies, nature, hiking. I am introverted but have heard on several occasions that I am a good listener. I try to do a good job when I work and am a dedicated learner. I haven't used workaway in quite a while as I had settled down (mostly) with trips for paid work only. However, I am finally in NZ with a working holiday visa and think it would be a great opportunity to see the country, meet more people and learn skills. Cheers!

Working at this hostel for a month in Burgas will probably always be a fond period to look back upon. There is a lot of work-so be prepared if you plan to attend!
