Description
Hello ! We're a french couple used to work and live abroad and would love to join a volunteering project and meet new people :) We are both quite hard workers who love helping around the house and learning new skills is important to us.
Justine has been working as a guide in Nordic countries (Finland, Iceland, Greenland) for the past 6 years and is interested in learning more about boats and renovating/building projects. She has been working on boats in Iceland and would love to live on a river boat for a while and learn more about it (everyday life, maintaining, renovating). Coming from a big family and having worked seasonal jobs (being almost 24/7 with your team for several months), she really feels the most comfortable in a close-knit large community.
Romain has been studying and working as a chef most of his adult life before learning carpentry for the past year. He is interested in renovating / building project as well as learning about vegan cooking. He has worked and lived in Canada and New-Zealand. He loves volunteering for festival to build stages or behind the bar. He has taught cooking class for an NGO that promotes healthy food for young people. He also loves biking and motorbikes and fixing them.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
I had many different jobs and traveled to different places in Europe including:
- guiding : leading groups snowmobiling, snowshoeing, dog sledding, talking A LOT on bus tours, skiing
- Hospitality work : front desk, breakfast, hostess at events, cleaner, waitress
- Children camp : France and Spain, teaching english to children and organizing activities
- Event organization and tourism management : organising travel, creating itineraries, booking suppliers
