Hey!

My name is Julien, I'm from France!

Back on workaway after some years now! I want to spend some time on the road again and befriend people I haven't met yet. My plan is to not have a plan! I'll be glad to share a piece of life with you!

I'm more of a slow traveller : I like to stay few weeks up to few months at the same place to have time to discover and learn about culture! One or two weeks are also fine with me!

I'm an easy-going and respectful guy, so don't worry you won't have any problem with me!
My friends say I'm a reliable and trustworthy person, if you don't believe me ask them! :-)
The reviews from my previous hosts will describe me better than I can do myself, have a look at them!

Regarding work, you won't have any issues with me, I'm a hard working man and I pay attention to detail.
I love learning and teaching so I'm always glad to exchange some skills!
I speak French (native), English, Italian, Spanish (need to be refreshed) and have some notions of German and Russian.

I already had several Workaway experiences and it has been absolutely great sor far!
Communication and respect are keys!

Regarding previous "classic" work experiences:
- Actor ;
- Hypnotherapist ;
- Web developper ;
- Teaching kids and young people (10 to 18 years old) for 2 years (employed by my hometown) ;
- Community manager, chief editor and content creator: digital marketing, social media, newspaper, interviews, ... ;
- Chemical engineer ;
- Bartending.

Regarding previous Workaway experiences:
- Housework: cleaning, help with dishes, cooking ;
- Gardening: mowing, weeding, watering, taking down a tree with a chainsaw, getting rid of brambles (I'd love to learn about permaculture);
- General maintenance: painting, sanding, fixing stuff, paving, sorting things out and organizing them ;
- Craftmanship: making wood games, making apple juice ;
- Linguistic: translation (FR, EN, IT) ;
- Child caring ;
- Animals: dogs, cats, llamas ;
- Artistic: drawing, painting.

In the future, I'd like to create a space for art, science and sharing where community and people are in the center! This project is not totally clear yet so I'd be glad to join and help you if you already have experience in this kind of projects!
