I am Julie- a mindful, adventure seeking nature from Dresden, Germany with great passion in thinking abstractly but exploring actively. Thereby independent, considerate, hardly ever in a bad mood but with great appreciation of humor as well as the desire of expressing myself in a creative way.

I have had the privilege to enjoy a gap year with the most wonderful hostfamily in Ottawa, ON back in 2019/20. Instantly, I have fallen in love with Canadas gorgeous landscape, its vivid spirit, and its culture. Beside my passion for the English language I do appreciate the greatness as well as the yet unexplored diversity of Canada which I would love to discover further. Moreover, I have found the spirit and love that being actively outside inspires in me. Especially outdoor sports like hiking or mountaineering genuinely excite me.
Now is the time to hike, explore, work, and grow independently.
And every experience, every encounter shall be taken in.

Ich bin Julie - Eine ruhige Natur doch Abenteuerstrebende, abstrakte Denkerin und aktive Erkunderin. Dabei eigenständig, sorgfältig, seltenst schlechter Laune, Humor schätzend, stetig auf der Suche nach kreativem Ausdruck und ich packe mit an.
Ich hatte das Privileg 2019/20 ein Schuljahr bei der wundervollsten Gastfamilie in Ottawa, ON zu genießen und sehne mich seit je her nach dieser Rückkehr!
Jetzt soll auf eigener Faust gewandert, gearbeitet, gewachsen werden.
Dabei soll jede Erfahrung, jede Begegnung mitgenommen werden.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I am a passionate communicator thus confident in the exchange with strangers and always engaged in finding a joint solution to conflicts. Therefore I appreciate company and love laugh filled conversations. I do participate actively in new social environments and enjoy committing in a creative way. One of my biggest passions is an artistic engagement hence I do love crafting and performing. However a balanced communication is more important to me than only imposing one's own ideas.

To me an adventurous but mindful way of life is most important which is why I see it as one´s own responsibility to organize and travel independently, and keep an open-minded attitude as well as the willingness to learn. I am a very spontaneous person however I would like to get more experience in planning ahead as well as coordinate and structure my plans better.

Great passions are the visual and performing arts, music, philosophical brooding, and the outdoors. I am singing, dancing, crafting, and sketching on a daily basis then again take long and silent periods of thought.

Gerne ergreife ich die Initiativen bei Begegnungen und Gesprächen und pflege dabei eine offene, klare gerne lustige Kommunikation. Drum schätze ich Gemeinschaft und finde mich schnell in neue gesellschaftliche Situationen ein. Dabei ist mir ein ausgeglichenes Debatieren wichtiger als einzig meine Ideen umzusetzten.

Ich lege viel Wert auf ein bewusstes und achtsames Leben und dafür sehe ich es als meine Eigenverantwortung durch selbstständiges Organisieren, Reisen und einer offenen, lernbereiten Einstellung mich stets weiter zu bilden.

Leidenschaften sind die Künste, ein philosophisches Grübeln sowie das Draußensein. Singen, Tanzen und Zeichnen gehören zum Alltag. Vorallem mag ich praktisches Handwerk verbunden mit einer kreativen Umsetzung. Dabei so viel draußen, an der Luft, in der Natur wie möglich.

I do appreciate the early rising, in favour of certain routine and I need time by myself. With a considerably open taste of music nevertheless attentive enough. A home-cooked meal is in preference over any restaurant. My favorit entertainment is comedy however lately I do read and enjoy Nietzsche.

Ich schätze den Frühen Morgen, mag gewisse Routine und brauche Zeit alleine. Mein Musikgeschmack ist offen aber nicht anspruchslos. Selber Kochen wird jedem Restaurant vorgezogen. Die liebsten Unterhaltungsgenre ist Comedy doch lese und fühle ich gerade Nietzsche.
