Hi there !

I am currently working as a French Teaching Assistant at Gettysburg College Pennsylvania ! My visa extends until end of June and I will have plenty of holidays to be part of an adventure with you !

As my contract ends in mid-may I will be interested for a 2/3 weeks stay. I'm still waiting for my International Driving License to be delivered... but I can drive in certain states.

Hey !

My name is Jules Inizan and I'm 21.
I live on the West Coast of France in Saint-Nazaire and I've just graduated in Anglophone literature and civilization at the University of Nantes. I aspire to teach American Civilization later !
I'm first of all a life enjoyer and a landscapes lover. Big bonus if there are cats around.

Traveling is my passion, I particularly enjoy speaking and sharing with people from another country and learning more about their cultures. I really wanna see the Western America! It's probably my biggest dream ever and I will do my best to reach this goal!

I'm a true adventurer passionate about traveling, hiking, camping, swimming and cultural exchanges. I've been to many different countries yet, mainly in Europe.
In July 2021 I went to Austria for two weeks as a workawayer on a farm, I had to deal with chores such as gardening, cooking, and looking after sheep, ducks, chickens and cats ( I am 300% a cat person ! ) thousands of tips very useful !

Last summer I was a night receptionist in a youth hostel in Bratislava, Slovakia. It was a wonderful experience as I wanted to see what it felt like to work in a capital city in an urban area. It confirmed the fact that I'm polyvalent, I love both the cities and the off-grid way of life...

I am particularly craving for discovering new traditions, food and persons ! As a French I am a red wine, cheese, and baguette lover obviously but I would be delighted if you could teach me how to cook your favorite meal !

Also, do never hesitate to teach me historical facts about your land, city, state, country... whatever, I am thrilled by your history ! ;)

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I'm a good communicator and I love to exchange with people. I have a good level of English but I'm seeking to improve it with natives !
I am currently the French teaching assistant at Gettysburg College, PA and my contract ends in May, I will then be free to come around and help you with your different tasks!

I am a hard worker and I'm not afraid or harsh weather, I've experienced farm life in Austria for a month where I built fences, new gardening spaces, took care of sheep, and cut some trees under a blazing sun.

I've experienced another type of workaway, indeed, I've been a night receptionist in a hostel in Bratislava, Slovakia. It was a lot of fun and especially challenging to handle soccer hooligans during the world cup...

As a kid, I spent many of my afternoons chopping wood in the garden of my parents and neighbors. I'm also used to gardening.

I love working outside and walking in nature, forests, mountains, beaches...whatever! I have been camping every summer in the Mountain for 11 years.

Recently I have discovered a new passion : cuisine ! I am fond of new recipes and experiences. I master the pepper steak cooking !

Furthermore, I've been practicing English boxing for four years and swimming for five years.

I've also practiced theater for 4 years in France and one year in the US. It was a bit of a challenge but I definitely loved it!!

Crucial information about me: I am a huge fan of the tv series The Office and my favorite character is Michael!
