Hi there!

We're Juanma and Anita, both from Argentina, but travelling the world for about 8 years now. We've been doing different things in Europe, including travelling , studying (Ana only, actually), walking the Camino de Santiago, volunteering in several countries, and getting married haha. We're now back in Europe after living in Australia for 4 years, a place that truly changed our lives. We’re both vegan and activists and are really into conscious living.
We just arrived in Tenerife which we are hoping to make our home for a little while.

We love meeting people and sharing time with them, exchanging cultures and traditions and learning about places through them. We used Couch Surfing a lot, so we are used to staying at other people's home and we enjoy that a lot. It gives you a unique perspective of how locals live. Or at least how some of them live.

Juanma:
I'm a teacher of English as a second language and a barista and I’ve been doing a little bit of both. I really enjoy teaching and obviously love the language. I love languages in general, actually.
I've also spent some time working in hospitality, including hostels in Portugal and England, and tourism.
I’m also a musician, which makes up a really important part of me. I spent the last 4 years in Australia, where I had the chance to grow a deep connection with nature and a great sense of sympathy to the world around me and to others.

Ana:
I'm a nutritionist and originally moved to Europe to study a Masters in Public Health in the University of Alicante. That was supposed to last for 9 months aprox but I ended up staying for 2 years and starting the PhD in Public Health, as well. Plans changed and I ended up moving to Australia which I had the pleasure of calling home for the last 4 years. There I worked as a waitress in different cafés and restaurants and also found that I'm good at that too haha.
I love travelling and meeting new people. I read a lot and enjoy of outdoors activities.

Hello! I'm Juan Manuel. I'm from Argentina and I've been travelling in Europe for the last 15 months. During this time I had the opportunity to live amazing experiences and of all different types. I've done the Camino de Santiago, a totally unique experience. I've done Workaway in Portugal first, in the beautiful city of Porto and then again in Liverpool, where I ended up staying for 9 months.
Now back in the game and eager to see what adventure is awaiting in the next couple of months.
I'm a sociable and outgoing person who loves meeting new people and sharing not only the different cultures but also life stories. We can always learn a lot from each person we run into in our way.
I'm a translator and English teacher looking forward to living new and exciting things anywhere in the world.
I'm also a musician, who really enjoys playing and singing. Actually, busking in the streets of Portugal, Spain, Ireland and England is one of the things that made me the happiest during this last time.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Juanma:
I'm really good with people and truly enjoy meeting new people, not only people like me but also people who are totally different to me, and they are sometimes the ones that teach me more things. I love playing the guitar and singing.
I can learn any manual jobs, if necessary and am a quick learner. So anything that could be needed, let's do it.

Ana:
I'm really hard working and also learn fast. I'm practical and good at solving problems on my own. But I also know when to ask for help, if I'm struggling with a problem.
I'm a teacher and love teaching!
I love eating and have learnt how to enjoy food while taking care of my body.
I can cook! I mostly improvise but all my meals turn up to be quite good!
