We are currently travelling through south east Asia and open for great experiences!

Description

From an early age, we loved discovering and learning new things. No matter whether it's about skills, knowledge, art, sport, food, music, animals, people, languages or cultures. Our love of travel has been with us all our lives! We rarely ask ourselves when we are going home again, but rather when and where we are going next! We love to try out new things and are just as happy to share what we have learned with others! In Germany, we both work as pediatric nurses (that's where we met) and love being there for children and young people, but also for their families. We enjoy every meaningful conversation, but have just as much fun doing nonsense with the children. We like to enjoy wonderful views, but are also up for any adventure.
Together we want to explore the world and immerse ourselves in the depths of each country.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

As nurses, we have a number of skills that will certainly help us in various other activities. For example: Good communication skills, attention to detail, teamwork, empathy, problem-solving strategies, adaptability, resilience, critical thinking, urgent and emergency care, guidance and counseling, caring for children of all ages and much more.

We have done now a couple of workaways in South Africa and Australia and really enjoyed the experiences. Our jobs consisted mostly of child care, cooking, gardening, painting and general house work.

We also worked as waitresses in a restaurant in New Zealand for 3 months.

Furthermore, I (Josie) have a lot of experience as a teacher through volunteer work and part-time jobs; as a game master in an escape room in instructing games and in the care and entertainment of customers.

Ann-Kathrin has also already gained some experience in farm work in Australia. Her most important tasks included caring for the animals (especially racehorses), maintaining stables and helping with the harvest.

We are both fast learners, very handy and not afraid to get our hands dirty.

I (Josie) love to play board and any other games. I also love to solve puzzles.
I also enjoy being creative - painting, crafting, poetry and photography.

Ann-Kathrin is also very sporty and enjoys all kinds of exercise. She is also very interested in soccer.

We both just love to be outside doing any kind of activities and enjoy nature.
