¡Hola! We're Jonathan and Hanne from Antwerp, Belgium. After traveling a year in South-America in 2018, we fell in love with Latin-America and now we're in Mexico.

We're both easy going, positive, openminded, cheerful people. We love enjoying the small things in life, like good food, a nice walk, a smile, natural wine, cooking, laughing hard, dancing in our living room... We want to live in the moment, with respect for mother earth and all her inhabitants. We buy directly from small businesses and local farmers, organic, sustainable, second hand. We love nature, but also the dynamics of citylife. We love people! We dream of living in a small community, sharing a piece of land with people we love, growing our own veggies & fruits.

On our previous trip we had the incredible opportunity to meet beautiful people, talk and learn about life and make new friends. We truly believe in people and how sharing moments with each other enriches our life in so many ways.

Jonathan has a coffeebar/printshop. He's a great barista, a real handyman and peoples person, he can talk with anyone about anything. He loves football, coffee, wine and boardgames. Hanne is a singer, songwriter and music teacher. A sensitive and caring person, concerned with the climate. She loves plants, herbs and foraging, dancing and yoga.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Our curiousity and energy for learning new things. We're amazed by all kinds of crafts, arts and skills, from farming to carpenting to cooking to dancing... We absolutely don't mind working hard and getting our hands dirty. We're both good team players and like to work together with other people.

We both have experience working in a restaurant, making drinks and helping out in the kitchen. We love cooking and have spent many hours in the kitchen preparing vegan food from scratch. Basic knowledge about fermentation (kombucha, sourkraut, kimchi...). As a teacher we had the chance to explore our social skills working with kids and adults.

Hanne knows a lot about music, a bit about herbs and foraging, handicraft, diy zero waste stuff. Jonathan knows about coffee, sports, helped rennovating his parents' house from scratch, so he can handle most of the basic building stuff.
