Hey folks, we are a Scottish/English fusion of love and playfulness that bring practical grounded skills…

Cliff’s expertise lies in construction management and carpentry (35 years experience). Sophie quit her corporate management career to pursue a life with more freedom to explore the world.

We both love animals and have experience with animal care through various home stays, Work Aways and voluntary work - Sophie has volunteered for Battersea Dogs Home and the Costa Rica Wildlife Rescue Centre, Cliff has volunteered at zoos and farms abroad.

We have volunteer experience at various eco-builds and co-living communities in the UK, including Osho Leela, Lendrick lodge, Samye Ling and the former Shekinashram.

Essentially we’re grafters, willing to chip in wherever needed. We have plenty of experience leading a variety of projects. We love meeting new people and exploring new places.

We try to explore, connect, laugh and dance most days, so yeah let's meet and have fun. Cheers

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Cliff is very skilled at carpentry (35 years experience) and anything building or practical related. He has loads of experience managing projects and people in communities, on building sites and at festivals etc. He’s a very solutions-focused guy with a strong work ethic. Cliff also has experience with animals and has volunteered in a zoo and animal rescue centre over the years. To be honest there is not much Cliff couldn't take in his stride. However, he’s not interested or experienced particularly in anything technology or screen-based.

Sophie also has experience in community living, (cleaning, kitchen, etc) and with animals - she has volunteered for Battersea Dogs Home and the Costa Rica Wildlife Rescue Centre. As well as numerous voluntary projects over the years which include gardening and decorating skills. Sophie has been managing a refurb over the past few years and is happy with hands-on work. She’s an analytical thinker and loves keeping things organised. Sophie is also content with computer-based work, provided it’s in balance and in nice surroundings - she’s a hard worker, but doesn’t want to feel confined to being online or in a back room whilst away. Animals are what lights Sophie up.
