Description

Hellooo my name is johanna, or jo as my friends call me! I am from a small town in the middle of Ireland.

I feel most alive and connected when out in nature & I care deeply about our environment. I feel called to live in a way that is in alignment with nature, returning back to some of the simple ways of our ancestors.

Through workaway I would love to further explore some of my interests, such as permaculture, gardening, sustainability, yoga, meditation, healing through nature & movement, alternative ways of living ( tiny houses, eco-homes ) and many more. I would also love to meet & get to know new people and connect with the land that we work on.

I am open to all types of work tasks and willing to help out in all areas needed. I am well organised, thoughtful & hard working.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I help out at a summer camp in Austria every summer for the past 4 years which incorporates english so the children can improve their spoken english while also taking part in fun activities out in nature. We also do activities with animals ( pigs, chickens, rabbits, 2 llamas & 2 donkeys )

I have worked in a hotel in accommodation so I have basic cleaning skills and can make a good bed!

My parents own a second hand shop in our town which donates to charities and local organisations and clubs. When I am home I often work there mainly interacting with customers, fixing & organising jewellery and steaming/ironing clothes.

I have basic gardening skills, in our garden at home we have grown potatoes, beetroot, courgette, kale, spinach & carrots among others.
