Hellooo! It's Medha and Jess here:)) we are friends both recently graduated from Edinburgh University with degrees in Psychology and Economics (Medha) and Mathematics (Jess). After spending most of our lives immersed in education, we are excited and ready to experience the world, explore new cultures, and learn through hands-on experiences.
Medha:
For the past seven years, I’ve been a tennis coach in the UK, working with people of all ages and backgrounds. I’ve absolutely loved connecting with people through coaching and hearing their different stories and experiences. Building these relationships has been incredibly rewarding, and I’m eager to continue working with and meeting new people from all walks of life. Back home, I also have a pet dog (whom I miss dearly), so if you have pets, I’d be more than happy to spend time with them!
Jess:
I’m a creative soul with a love for crafting from crocheting and knitting to making something unique out of whatever materials are around. I’ve spent three years bartending in London and Edinburgh, where I discovered the joy of connecting with people and finding community through my work. I’m always excited to meet new people, learn new skills, and immerse myself in new cultures—whether it’s through crafting, lending a hand, or simply being part of a shared project. If you’re looking for someone with a mix of creativity, hospitality experience, and a love for community, I’d love to contribute!
We enjoy trying new foods and are definitely not picky eaters. We are also passionate about cooking and love learning new recipes, so would be thrilled to share meals and pick up a few culinary skills along the way. Both of us are very sociable and easygoing people who love meeting new folk and building connections. We are really looking forward to making new friendships and meaningful experiences as we travel. Can’t wait to chat with you soon!
