Hey,
We are Jannike (19) and Helene (19) from Germany. We finished our Abitur in high school in May. Before we will go to university, we want to take a gap year and travel through Europe to meet new people, experience different cultures, and explore nature.

As best friends got to know each other through playing in a band together, so music is what connects us. We both love singing and being creative, and we enjoy sharing this with others. Besides that, we are open-minded to learn new skills and work with people as well as spending time outdoors. We also care a lot about animals and feel comfortable being around them.

We are looking forward to meeting you and becoming part of your daily life for a few weeks!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

We are both interested in gardening, cooking, helping in your household or with different projects. We volunteer in church and have experiences in leading groups in youth camps or projects with children so we both learned about responsibility and organisation but we also enjoy being with others. Moreover, we are both very creative and experienced in drawing and art projects.
Jannike does tutoring for students and she loves to try out sport activities like wind surfing, rock climbing and hiking. She is also interested in photography, music and movies. You can describe her as ambitious, adaptive and excited for new experiences.
Helene is used to family life with her two sisters and can easily adapt to living together and help in every day situations. She is empathetic, patient and creative.
