My name is Jane, I am 27 and I have just finished my Master of Education in German and Sport. Before I start my job, I would like to explore the world a bit more. My goal is to improve my English and Spanish, to get to know new countries and cultures and people. This trip is my first stay abroad longer than 6 weeks. I am looking forward to new challenges, great new experiences and new acquaintances.
I am very enthusiastic about sports, have played football for a long time and started playing volleyball last year. In addition, I danced ballroom dancing for several years and discovered Salsa and Bachata a few years ago. I also enjoy reading and playing board games. Besides my studies, I work as a ski instructor and waitress. I like being around people, working with children and young people, but also adults, exchanging ideas and learning from each other. I would be happy to become much more confident in my English. My buddy doesn't have to be a native speaker, it already helps me if I just speak and thus lose my shyness with the English language. I had Spanish at school, but unfortunately only a little of it stuck, so it would be nice to learn some more. I'm looking forward to introducing you to German!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have been working in the catering industry since I was 16. I have always enjoyed working there, even during my studies. In this job, I have learned to deal with a wide variety of people, to remain friendly and calm even in stressful situations, and I am very resilient as a result. Because of my joy in working with children, I studied German and sport for a teaching degree and completed my Master's degree this year. I have a lot of experience as a babysitter, trainer and teaching children and teenagers of different ages. I also work regularly as a ski instructor and therefore have a lot of experience in front of groups. I love organising and running events. I also enjoy baking and cooking especially for such events.

I learned a lot about handicrafts when I built my van. Even though I'm not trained as a craftsman, I can handle a hammer and drill and have always enjoyed doing things myself. I like being in nature, love camping and working with my hands. I am curious, a quick learner and therefore I am confident in doing things I have no experience with. I like working in a team and meeting new people. I am also happy to teach others my mother tongue, German, if they are interested.
