Hi I'm Josh, I've recently graduated from university in the UK and am beginning a years working holiday in New Zealand.

I have a keen interest in film photography and the outdoors, I can't live without my bike or camera by my side. I've found both to be an amazing way to explore new places and meet like minded people.

In the last year snowboarding and surfing have been my latest endeavours, have fallen in love with the two sports and am keen to continue learning.

My main passion at home is cooking, taught from a young age by my mother and father. I am keen to expand my cooking knowledge by sharing meals and recipes from people around the world.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have a very keen interest in cooking, I take pride in eating good food at home and have enjoyed trying cuisine from all over the world. I love to find inspiration for cooking from places I visit, and implement them into my own life, but am super keen to discover new ideas from around the world.

I enjoy physical work, especially when that work is rewarding in one way or another. Having worked seasonal harvesting in the fields and on building sites I feel I've learned to be useful with my hands and appreciate a hard days graft. I enjoy helping mum out with the gardening in the summer, and when the seasons right, enjoy cooking with the homegrown foods from my dad's allotment.

Whilst having no particular training, I've had reasonable amount of experience with carpentry tools and materials from fixing bikes and woodworking projects with my father. I designed and built an oak desk from scrap wood which now stands proudly in my bedroom for years to come. I'm an intuitive learner when it comes to this kind of thing and am keen to develop these skills.

My main passion is photography. I've been playing about with cameras for around 6 years now, initially shooting digital photos however these days I am so in love with film photography and the whole manual process of it. I find photography to be a fantastic way to explore a new place in a natural, unadulterated way and I think I found my sense of independence through it over the years.

In general I love all things outdoors, skating, rock climbing and cycling are three things you could not take away from me easily and more recently in Canada, snowboarding has been a newfound love of mine.
