Description

Hello! We are Josh & Byron. After travelling our home of the UK extensively, we are currently embarking on our greatest adventure yet: a trip across Canada! We are currently in our second year of travelling, continuing our exciting journey from the West to the East. We have had many incredible experiences and seen some amazing sights, and we’re looking forward to making more memories. We are always up for a challenge and love learning new things, and our great work ethic and desire to get the most out of life always keeps us chasing new adventures. We have lots to share and would love to help in any way we can! (We both have work permits and visas for Canada).

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

We are both university graduates with a diverse set of skills and interests - but most importantly, we're always up for learning new things.

Josh:
I am great with people, having spent most of my life in all aspects of hospitality and as a carer. I am charismatic, empathetic and take pride in my interpersonal skills. I am a big foodie and absolutely love cooking, able to put together a wide variety of tasty meals for people to enjoy. I love the outdoors and am no stranger to physical work. My assets are customer service, English language, writing, technology/computers, cleaning and anything involving other people. I have a keen eye for detail and, above all, I absolutely love learning new things and strive to do the best I can at anything I set my mind to!

Byron:
I have worked for my Dad's landscape gardening company for the majority of my life so I am able to participate in physically demanding tasks and have a great passion for all things to do with nature. I consider myself a labourer and can turn my hand to anything, although my understanding of landscape gardening is my asset and this has given me a strong work ethic. I have also worked for many years in hospitality and know how to take care of others. I am personable and love to make people smile, making the most out of life each and every day.

Although we have been together for almost a decade, we are more than happy to work independently as we both have different main strengths we can offer. Our diverse combined skillset has worked very well with our previous Workaways!
