Hi there! 👋

I am István, a natural winemaker from Hungary.

My goal is to meet open minded people, philosophies, cultures, and improve my agricultural knowledge. I am especially interested in the methods used to protect against high temperatures and drought in the Mediterranean.

I also want to improve my English and Spanish language skills.
Spiritual development is also important to me during my travels.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

💪Physical Strength:
I value physical activity and enjoy spending time outside. I believe and feel that hard work is a great way to clear both the mind and the body.


🌱Natural Work:
Throughout my years working in a winery, I’ve all but mastered managing a vineyard’s year round needs. From pruning, green working, harvesting to setting up new plantations, I am happy to share my expertise. In addition to working outside with the plants, I’ve taken time to learn about fermentation methods and natural winemaking, which I am also happy to share.
Apart from vineyard experience I also practice regular and biodynamic gardening, fruit tree growing and herbalism.
I follow the lunar calendar, which has helped me keep my plants happier and healthier.

🚜Machines:
I hold a category B European drivers license. I regularly drive a tractor and use a variety of machines like a grass trimmer, rototiller and sprayer.

🌸Creative work:

I enjoy landscaping and construction projects since they allow me to challenge my creativity as well as work together with others to solve problems. Recently I’ve been renovating a wine cellar, with the goal of making it into a production facility in the future.
