Hello you. We are Isa and Astrid, and we’re eager to travel and to meet you too !

We are lesbian couple from Belgium. Our mother language is French. We met 3 years ago during our Bachelor in Psychology. We love enjoying the sun, walking and doing arts ! Actually, we’re kinda into chill evenings and talks. However, we’re ready to get dirty and to play in the mud. We’ll be happy to learn more about helping on your farm, your daily life or to help you with your animals.

Right now, Isa is studying Social and Intercultural Psychology in Bruxelles. They love to talk about cinema. They also like drawing, doing linocut, cooking (vegan and vegetarian dishes), knitting and sudokus (like really!). They painted rooms and worked in building restoration for a student job. They also really love cats and will be really happy to take care of yours. Theirs are named Pirate, Charlot and Boufette.

Astrid is studying Clinical Psychology in Bruxelles. She’s good with languages (way better than Isa). She loves painting (Aquarelle), drawing, making little things in pottery and reading. She has experience with children who have neuroatypical profiles (Autism, ADHD, etc). And she has a dog Onyx that she loves very much.

We’re both vegetarians and very respectful. We’ll be really glad if you can host us. As a queer couple, we just want to be in a safe place :)).

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Isa took part in two student associations and two other associations, all about refugees, the queer community or the environement. Thanks to those experiences, they learned a lot about cooking (vegan, gluten free, sugar free), planning events, living in community and eco villages, creating posters, doing animations... As a student in social and intercultural psychology, they're also doing an internship with unaccompanied young refugees. So, they're quiet comfortable with children, even when we don't share any languages :). They can do activities with them (arts, sports, playing boardgames) ! They worked as a technician for a theater festival and a housing agency, so they can handle heavy stuff. They can paint your rooms and restore some stuff around with your help (they're still an amator). They also love pets and would be able to take care of yours !! Their cats are named Pirate, Charlot and Boufette. Before moving out they took care of their neighbors Bernese mountain dog Choco for a long time. They would often walk him.

Astrid is a good cook too. She loves her labrador dog and would be able to take care of yours ! She also has experience with children ! She sometime babysits kids, had an internship in a primary school and gives remedial language classes (English and Dutch) to teenagers for a student job. She also volunteered in an organisation who helped children with disabilities to integrate into a regular school.
