Hey, I'm Isa! I'm from Germany and just started studying in October this year to become a teacher. Before starting university, I did Workaway in Sweden, which I enjoyed very much, so I'm keen to get back as soon as I can!
When I am at home, I spend most of my free time with friends, animals, music, knitting and baking. I also love nature and to go for hikes, which I miss very much here in Germany and especially enjoyed to have in Sweden.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I believe my most important skill is that I am always curious and enjoy to learn new things and gain new skills. I am very social, which helps a lot to get into contact with people and getting to know a new culture and its people.
Animals have always been a huge part of my life as well. While growing up, I spent a lot of time at a friend’s place, who has all kinds of animals, from ducks to cows, sheep, chickens, horses to donkeys. Later, I interned at a veterinary hospital which I enjoyed very much as I was working so much with animals. Especially horses have always had a special place in my heart, so I started riding at an early age and have gained a lot of experience around working with horses. Even though I really enjoy tasks around animals, I also happily help with general maintenance around farms like mending fences, gardening, or renovating. Since I grew up at an old winery with a big garden where we did a lot of renovation ourselves, I have some experience in these fields.
Besides that, of course, I am also able to help with household chores and I very much like to cook and bake. I grew up with two sisters, one of them is ten years younger than me. So, I am also comfortable with looking after kids.
