Hi everyone!
We are Ben and Ingvild, a curious and adventurous couple from the beautiful French Riviera , always eager on learning new things, meeting people and discovering new places! Ben is an acrobat perfomer and tricker (a mix between martial arts and acrobatics), who has passionately competed and performed around the globe, always looking for the spiritual part of things. Ingvild is a half-french, half-norwegian physiotherapist, but genuinely an artist, in love with singing and playing music and painting, with a sun like smile. We love being outdoor, climbing, freediving, exploring and adventuring the world, looking to experience life's mysteries! We hope our energy, our "joie de vivre" and skills can help you, and we look forward to meeting you!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Ben: selftought international level martial art tricker, i've been into making artistic content most of my life and constantly do my best to improve what i can do with those two hands. I'm a quick learner and always curious about new skills set. 7 years of giving classes gave me a form of learning methodology to share and a way to adapt it to everyone. I am very physically active and I have always been interested in building, permaculture and everything that would make a living closer to Earth confortable and pleasing. I am polyvalent and I am sure I can be a good asset for various projects.

Ingvild: I am a physiotherapist thus have a lot of knowledge and skills about health, movement and physical activity that I would love to share. I have been working a lot with children (babysitting for years) and working in kindergardens in Norway and I love being with children. I speak several languages and have also been teaching languages thought individual classes or group sessions (previous Workaway). I have also studied maths, physics and informatics before physiotherapy, thus can gladly share this knowledge also if needed. I love creating and have always loved any form of artistic expression, whether it be painting, drawing, music or dancing. I am physically active and can adapt easily to any kind of task. We have worked in a previous workaway working in the fields and doing maintenance, we can also do physical work.
