Hello!
My name is Inaara. I am from the US, but have lived all over. I am currently taking a gap year to explore more of the world, learn about different everyday lives, and reconnect with myself.

I am passionate about teaching, soccer, and reading. I have always valued the benefit that people can gain from learning freely from each other. I love the STEM fields but also have a deep interest in music - currently learning the guitar and piano!

I am searching for something unfamiliar for mutual learning experiences and am dedicated to making a meaningful contribution to the communities I engage with. One goal of mine is to get more in touch with nature and our environment.

I am currently looking at opportunities in France (November-December), Australia (January), and possibly South America later in 2025, but plans can change!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I am a quick learner and can work independently if needed. I have previous experience working in teams - for organization, technology, and basic house repairs - from which I have developed good communication skills. I have a lot of experience teaching as a tutor of four years and helped develop games for Elementary to High school students. I also have good computer skills and mentor the local robotics team.
Can do basic house chores - cleaning, dishes, cleaning bathroom, laundry…
Fluent in English and French (bilingual diploma) and semi-fluent in Spanish.
I have a deep passion for learning and am open to doing any type of work required.

I love card games, but more specifically gin rummy, which I learned from my grandparents.
I am also a huge lover of mythology and strongly considered becoming a marine biologist after reading Percy Jackson.
