My name is Imri, I'm 28 years old, and I'm from Israel. I work as a Shiatsu and massage therapist, a field I'm deeply passionate about. My journey in this profession is ongoing, and I continually study and explore new aspects of it. In July, I completed my studies in Kinesiology and am now beginning to specialize in this area.

In addition to my work, I'm very curious about philosophy and Buddhism. I'm always eager to learn more and expand my inner world. I practice meditation regularly, and I enjoy exploring new therapies and treatment methods both in Israel and around the world. In 2022, I spent two months in Northern Thailand, where I attended a Thai massage school and took courses in various traditional treatments.

I grew up on a Kibbutz in northern Israel, a unique and communal way of life that developed in Israel after its establishment. As a child and a adult, I worked in various agricultural jobs, such as fish farming, avocado cultivation, gardening, and more.

I love the tranquility of nature, connecting with the earth, and working with my hands—whether it's with people or the land.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Growing up in an agricultural environment, I gained extensive experience working with irrigation systems, gardening, and operating tractors (I have a license). I spent a lot of time working with the soil, whether under the hot sun or in the cold.

In addition to my agricultural background, I also have experience in education. I volunteered for a year with teenagers in need, which was both an empowering and educational experience.

I hold licenses for tractors, cars, and motorcycles, so I enjoy driving and traveling.

I’ve taught Thai massage courses at a college in Tel Aviv, and I’m able to teach basic touch therapy to people during retreats if the opportunity arises.

Although I have some basic knowledge of tools, I wouldn’t consider myself a handyman.

Due to the recent developments in Israel and subsequent flight cancellations, my girlfriend Keren will be joining me for the foreseeable future. We were on holiday in Spain with family, but we’ve decided not to return to Israel until the situation stabilizes.

My girlfriend is a practitioner of Chinese medicine, a flamenco dancer, and an Iyengar yoga practitioner.

Keren has extensive experience with small children and babies, so she’s happy to help with babysitting. She’s also eager to work on the land and learn new skills.

Together, we can offer workshops related to Chinese medicine and touch therapy if needed and do maintaince tasks.
