Hello!
We're a couple from Poland (29 and 28 yrs old). We''ve been volunteering on workaways couple years ago and now, after settling in Warsaw for some time, we want to move to Germany for a while.

WHO WE ARE

First of all, we're artists. We have a musical duo together, we compose, produce and play concerts in Poland and abroad. Our duo name is IKARVS and here is our website: https://ikarvs.live

Nevertheless, that isn't the only thing that we're both passionate about. We love to cook great food, (vegetarian/vegan especially), dance, meditate or practice yoga. Anyways, each one of us does some things on their own, too:

Przemek - I have worked as a music journalist and content creator for the last two years. During my workaways, I learned the art of stone building, general maintenance of a house in the jungle and preparing the garden for summer. Besides that, I'm an educated psychologist and a model sometimes.

Aleksandra - I'm a set and costume designer, educated at Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. I've worked for theaters, films and commercials, as well. Besides that, I'm a graphic designer (3D also), painter and singer. Here's my visual art portfolio:

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Ideally, we would like to do what we can do best - which is creating and helping with art, especially music production. There are also other areas where we could be useful - we have experience as teachers (of art/language) of both kids and adults. Our workaway we learned pretty much about stone building, cooking for a vegan restaurant, organizing theatre plays for kids and working as receptionists. Quelles sont vos compétences ?

- Musical skills - we're active musicians/multiinstrumentalists, we regularly give concerts and we'd love to do it during our workaway stay, too! What we do is something between acoustic and electronic music, so we can play a concert, as well as make people dance on a party :)
- General art skills - we can draw, paint, use photoshop (Aleksandra even create a theater scenography :D). We have experience in acting (Przemek) and set design for movies/theater plays/commercials (Aleksandra)
- Caregiving - we're both experienced in working with kids, mostly as teachers.
- Cooking - we love to cook great vegetarian food and we're getting better at it every day!
- Event organization/social media - here in Warsaw, we organize parties and cultural events with our collective, run our fan page on Facebook, use Facebook promotion tools... And we know, how to write a catchy Facebook post!
- Home duties - no problem with cleaning, dusting, doing laundry and all that kind of stuff . We like to live in a clean environment and know how to maintain it properly.
... And above all, we're open minded, aware and easy-going persons who love to spend time with other people and bring good energy to everyone.
