Avid discoverer, nature lover, and overall life enjoyer, I'm taking the time to explore parts of the world I dont know during a professional break, and wish to do it alone to connect more to people and environment surrounding me, seeking deep connections with nature and humans.

Working as a cook in France in a local, seasonal and mostly veggeterian kitchen, I also want to discover more of typical food the world has to offer, and also will to exchange skills and knowledge about this passion I have because I especially love cooking when it brings people together, and I thrive in community settings where everyone contributes and learns from one another.

In addition to cooking I'm truly passionate about music, in which I involve myself a lot with an association organizing events.

Nature is where I feel most alive — whether it’s hiking, gardening, or simply working outdoors with my hands, and as a really easy going person, and with past experiences volonteering and living in communities I think joining workaway projects is the good choice to achieve my goals during this trip.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

My personnal and professionnal experiences led me to a lot of different manual activities, wether it's in a garden, or building things for a house.

Having grown up in a farmers family, I have spent numerous holidays helping at the farm and I'm cherishing those memories. Now seeing the new generation turning the family farm into a more sustainable project makes me really happy by the way.

As it's my work since a while now, and beeing passionate about it, I have skills in a kitchen.

I'd say one of my main soft skills is also curiosity : always happy learning new things.

Regarding languages, I'm a native french speaker, and has a more or less fluent english. I also learned spanish at school and practised it during an exchange in Spain 10 years ago, but sadly lost some of my skills since then.
I would be very happy teaching french or english to any people that desire learning it.
