- Qualified teacher (PGCE with QTS)
- Experience teaching children who speak English as their second language.
- Classroom management: maintaining a positive, safe and productive classroom for students.
- Assessment and Evaluation: proficient in assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work independently but also a team player! (experience liaising with teaching assistants to help students reach their full potential)
- Experience adapting lessons to a wide range of abilities to ensure that every student has an equal opportunity
