Hey there,
my name is Henry, I'm 27 years old and I'm from Germany. I studied English and Spanish to become a teacher and recently wrote my master's thesis. As I have already had good experiences with Workaway in other countries, I would also like to try it here in Malaysia. In Colombia, I have already spent two months working as a guide on a coffee and cocoa plantation. In 2013, I lived in Uruguay for a year with a host family and loved it. At home, I work part-time as a substitute teacher and give swimming lessons, so I already have experience with children. I'm a lifeguard and have a diving licence, so I enjoy being in the water. In my free time I like to do sports and socialise with my friends. I travel a lot and am always happy to discover new things and chat in foreign languages. I've spent the last three weeks travelling around Malaysia with my girlfriend, but now I'm on my own. I still have more or less a month before I go back. So I could work as a workaway from 8th August for about a month, roughly until the beginning of September. I'm open to anything and look forward to new experiences and challenges, besides improving my english skills.

I studied Spanish and English to become a teacher. I also enjoy social interaction, so I like to do a lot of things that have to do with people. I am empathetic and have a lot of patience. At home, I work part-time as a substitute teacher and give swimming lessons, so I already have experience with children. I'm a lifeguard and have a diving licence, therefore I enjoy being in the water. I love to teach people and to get the success and joy, in the best case, as positive feedback.
