Description

I am 25, half Belgian-French, moved to the UK to go study and stayed there after for work. Dreaming to travelling for a while, annd immersing myself in a new culture to explore. I have just quit my job to do just that.

I am an expressive, thoughtful, and enthusiastic person. Led by curiosity, I love learning and trying new things and connect with new people! I love to spend my free time in the outdoors (that being running, hiking, climbing ..) or doing some cooking or doing one of my arty projects.

I love learning new languages. Born bilingual (french/dutch) and lived in Germany and in the UK and learned their respective languages. At my best, French and English i can teach. German I can too, Dutch might be a rusty now, but I am sure it would come back and happy to teach :) Learning Spanish and very keen to improve it!!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I am a design engineer of background so giving me a wide set of skills from this, including problem solving, generating ideas and getting hands-on to create prototype and try stuff. I am proactive, a keen learner and always curious and wanting to immerse myself. I love to cook and worked in a restaurant for a few months, both in the kitchen and helped out in the waitressing when needed.
I am physically fit and strong (I climb, run, cycle and hike) and have been training for a mountaineering trip the last few months so I’m at my best physically. I therefore happy to tackle physical jobs.

I speak 4 languages (French, English, Dutch and German) and I am currently seeking to improve my Spanish which is sufficient to communicate but would like to be fluent..

I sketch a lot and can draw. I love creative work and would love to put them in practice and learn new skills along the way. Recently been doing some papier-mâché work and learned crochet.
