Hey folks, I´m Helen, 27 years old and I recently quit my job as a make up artist and wig maker to travel in south and central america for a year, more or less.
I love to solo travel because you easily meet new people, you learn from each other and you can spontaneously change plans and adapt to new circumstances.
It´s important to me to meet new people with an open mind and heart, without stereotypes or prejudices, with respect, tolerance and understanding and I expect that from fellow workawayers and hosts.
I´m an uncomplicated, easy going person and I don´t need that much. I love to participate in preparing the meals or taking care of animals, but I´m positive that I can pretty much help with anything if you show me well enough how to.

Hablo un poco de español, pero espero que voy a aprender mucho más cuando estaré en América Latina.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I´m open for anything I can help you with, I´ve got some basic gardening skills, I renovated my flat, I learned how to cut hair, taking care of animals such as dogs, cats, chickens or sheep isn´t new to me and I've done some volunteering work with children for years. I´ve done some pottery, some drawing and painting, but I also worked with wood an copper.
Additionally I have some experience in photography and I'm gonna bring my camera in case you need some pictures of something particular.
I can help preparing food or cleaning rooms for guests, I worked as a make up artist, so I could do your hair and make up for a wedding or an event, in case you might need it :)
So basically I´m willing to help with anything, I just need a proper explanation and then we're gonna be fine :)
