Description
Three things about me:
1. I full filled one of my dream since a kid: Published my own book, which named "Hanji's Camino- The Magical Places in the Middle of Nowhere." I am now a travel writer as well.
2. I came to Australia in 2023 and now I am studying cookery(My 12-years old- dream) also working as a cook now!
3. I love cooking and I am also a foodie, I've done several culinary trip in Thailand, Scicily, and Spain, even being a private chef once. My dream is to travel around the world and open an eco-kitchen rural house on the Camino de Santiago or somewhere else in this planet.
All in all,
Traveling,cooking,photography,reading,making friends,laughing and learning new things is my passion for life.
I cycled around my country,Taiwan,and that made me loving my country more!
so then I dropped out of college in 2013 traveling around my country in a slowly way for about one and half year. This is toally inspired me a lot! Then I save some money and hit on the road to El camino de santiago walking for three months, it's one of the most amazing things that I ever done in my life....and I finally published a book about this experience.
I really want to introduce my lovely country to people all over the world and make new friends every where!
I really believe that if you really want to do something,all the universe things will all come together helping you!
I want to travel around the world with cooking skills while learning it from everywhere I go and do some good things to the earth and human being These are my dreams.
