Description

I am an extrovert and energetic person, that loves to travel and discover new cultures. I also like to "travel" when I am staying in my own town by always looking for interesting cultural events and surrounding myself with international people.
I work in human resources since 7 years, but now I want to take a break and experience a different more real and impactful way to help people.
I am open to really any experience but where I think I can bring more experience and shine more is:
- working with children
- working in hospitality
- organizing events and occasion for people to come together.

I thrive on social interactions and get my energy by being around people and doing lots of different things :)

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have worked for 7 years in human resources, so even if you have a small business I can probably help you setting up some process on making some things run smoother.
But I also would like to take a step back from that and work closer with communities, people and nature: I have many experiences working with children, which I did in my last workaway in Peru.
I am pretty good with languages, I speak Italian, english, german, french and spanish.
I also discovered in my last trip to South America a deeper connection with nature, and I would be happy to help you in your garden, farm or in whatever project you have that would bring me close to nature.

I also enjoy organizing event, I do this both at a personal event throwing lot of themed parties and event for my friends, but also I organized lot of events for my office with the main goals of bringing people together ( especially after covid) so I can definitely help you there :)
