Natural healing:massage/reike/sound/ vibrational medicine/ayurvedic herbs/qi gong/yoga /water therapy. I am trained and experienced in all of these things.
animal care and interaction especially with horses: liberty work and massage
natural building : straw bale, super adobe and especially lime plasters for finish interiors.I would love to learn Tadelahkt
community building and multi generational living: children and how they learn and develop is a particular interest
meditation is a deep daily part of my life, in particular Vipassana for the last 13 year
natural living with as much time as possible working outdoors
cycling , horse riding, hiking
I love "hands on" projects, from building a small house to restoring vintage furniture
meeting new people and sharing cultural idiosycracies : food , language, music,world views...

I am a massage therapist of 30 years in steady practice also a water therapist certified to teach as well
gong yoga therapist
natural building with cob, straw bale, log cabins, adobe
working with horses(and other animals) in physical health and rehabilitation with massage and energy work
childhood education to pre teen
experienced Argentine tango dancer, can teach beginner level
exercise and rehabilitation with props, such as balls, aerial yoga equipment, bands etc.
ability to see a project through
lived off grid for over twenty years with 3 small children, horses, in the mountains of British Columbia, canada..no running water or electricity
worked and lived in an off grid retreat centre in alpujarras , spain over several years
ability to live a very simple life and contribute good work
