I have been told that my name Fruzsina, come from the greek Eufrozini, that referes to a person always having good thoughts. This is a great motivation for me to live up to this statement.

I am alredy in Greece since the 7th of July and plan to stay until mid August. I am currenty discovering the beautiful island of Ikaria. I am open to take a volunteer position from the 21st of July ( depending on agreement and transport I would find to get to your place.


I am a psychology student in the weekends and I work as an IT help desk agent during the week. I was born and raised in Budapest, the capital of Hungary. Budapest is divided by the river Danube, so there is Buda ( bit more hilly) and Pest ( flat) side. The city is quite big I would say, but of course its not a metropolice like New York or Hanoi. I used to live in Hanoi for a while and happy to share my experiences about this vivid capital of Vietnam. I think I am a true globe tracker, but love my city deeply and feel a strong connection to it.
I am 37 and live in downtown with my little cat.


I am keen on traveing and writing. My grandmother used to love to travel so I think I inherited this passion from her.

I do love creative writing and I am developing a book that is about my travel adventures (lived in the US as exchange student, studied film acting in Denmark, worked as an English teacher in Vietnam, studied youga in India and worked as receptionist on a cruiser ship across Europe) and personal development ( You can find a short video about my book in the photo section of my profile).

Volunteering plays a big part in my life. I spent a year in Estonia, teaching English in a kindergarten, which I truly enjoyed. Connecting with the locals, learning from my students was part of my incredible experience, that I am always happy to go back to in my heart.
Between 2020 and 2023 I was a volunteer phone operator at Kek Vonal Child Crisis Foundation, talking with teens about their daily issues, giving mental and emotional support for them. Due to my studies I am no longer with the foundation, and therefore workaway would give me the possibility to be a volunteer again, while on summer vacation.

I love arts, especially theater. I have a master’s degree in theater history and I wanted to become an actress since I was a little girl. I took part in a few shows when I was younger, but my life took another direction.

I love sailing. My family almost always had a boat on Lake Balaton, and we did many trips to Croatia as well. I enjoy the freedom that traveling on a boat gives to my soul.
I belive I am a cheerful person, when I get close to someone it gives me the change to open up myself and connect with others and show this part of me.

I am also very adventurous, always looking for possibilities to grow and learn and expend my boundaries.

I have been teaching English in Vietnam for 8 month for kids between the age of 3- 14, and was a volunteer in an estonian kindergarten, teaching kids between the age of 3-8. I am happy to learn new languages, recently started with Spanish on Duolingo.

developing short lesson plans on my own, holding playful lessons to kids age 3-8
Also I was part of one particular group, where I took part in the kids daily life, helping out the teachers . As the kids mother tounge was Russian, I used language immersion and I only spoke English with them.

After high school I completed a tour guiding course and led a few bicycle tours around Budapest. Happy to share some intresting story about my city and my country.
I love music a lot. I used to play the flute (its currently not with me unfortunatelly) and a little bit of piano. I used to be a part of a choire -truly an artistic soul here :-D
