Hi,

My name is Josselin (Frojoe), I'm 27 and french. I play a bit of guitar, really just a bit. I love reading and listening music (almost any kind). I'm starting to practise drawing but I'm so bad for now haha. I like to chill sometimes but I also love to be active and being involved in different projects, guess you need some sort of balance. I love doing farming, gardening because I love working outside and get my hands dirty. I've done all sort of jobs in the past so I'm quite versatile and keen to learn new things.
I lived in London for 3,5 years, then in New zealand for 1 year. After that I went to cambodia, indonesia and the philippines.

Because of the Pandemic, I went back home in France and stayed for couple of years. But the world called again and here I am travelling again. I just stayed 6 months in Nepal, amazing country !! And 2 months in Indonesia a bit in Malaysia. And now I arrived in Japan in August. I have a working holiday so I can I stay for one year. I hope to truly discover Japan, its people, culture and landscapes.


After one year travelling I started to realized that I really like to avoid the touristic areas. To me travelling must be an experience where you contribute to something, and meet new people from different culture, background and learn from them. Because I think there is to learn something from everybody and from every culture. To me, the people and their culture, their everyday life are more interesting and important than just the instagramable places. I love to try to comprehend what makes their life, their society.

I'm also really interested in eco-sustainable projects (permaculture, eco-building, organic products,...) that involve local communities. Because I think that for the benefit of the future, we have to start to think local again and to try to get out of a globalized market.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

In my 3,5 years in London I did various jobs.

My first year I work in a busy pub near chinatown. So it gave me a good experience on hospitality.

And after that I've become an event crew for 2 years , doing lots of physical work and Manual Handling. I also learned to use power tools and got involved in different small scale construction projects while I was there.

I also live for one year in a Van in France, working the seasons. I built everything (walls, insulation, electricity, water, deks, bed and kitchen) inside my van from scratch all by myself.

I really enjoy doing gardening or farming work. I did the kiwi picking in New Zealand, grape picking in Switzerland and France. I love being outdoors, and I just like doing things with my hands. I need to move so office work is not really my thing (笑)

In Nepal I made for the first time a website on wordpress.com but other than that I'm not into IT but I think it could be interesting to learn more about it.

I am basically a handy man. Good with my hands, capable of thinking (I hope) and always keen to learn new things.
