Description

Hi, I’m Freya, I’m 21 and from Wales. I am currently taking a year out between my undergraduate and masters in Geography!

Throughout my degree, I’ve explored the cultures, landscapes, and communities of many different countries, and now I’m excited to experience them firsthand. I love meeting new people, learning from different perspectives, and immersing myself in new cultures. I’m enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to contribute wherever I can while learning and growing along the way!

I’m happiest when I’m making new friends and exploring- I love the outdoors, walking and hiking, and am learning to surf. I also love yoga and cooking!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Hotel Experience
- 5 years experience working in the hotel industry (part-time/ full-time in holidays)
-Breakfast waitress, responsible for taking orders and stocking breakfast buffet every morning
-Chambermaid experience (making beds and cleaning)
-Some limited experience on reception

I really enjoy working with guests and making sure they have the best stay possible. I enjoy making recommendations and helping them solve any problems they have during their stay.

Cafe/ catering experience
- 2 years experience (part-time and full time)
-Working on till and serving customers
-Kitchen assistant, responsible for helping main chef during service
-Responsible for clean-down at end of service
-Knowledge of food hygiene

I have a real passion for food- over summer I worked as a kitchen assistant in Nice, France


Other experience
Outside of hospitality I am interested in pursuing sustainability. I have briefly worked on sustainable fashion projects in London :)
