Description

Hi, my name is Franziska and I live in the beautiful city of Hamburg, Germany.

I grew up in a small village surrounded by animals, so outdoor work, daily routines, and being around animals have always felt very natural to me. I enjoy practical tasks, physical work, and starting the day early. I appreciate clear structures, responsibility, and working together as a team.

Professionally, I have experience coordinating construction sites and working in administrative and operational roles within the tourism sector. This has taught me to be organized, dependable, and adaptable, while also understanding how important hands-on work and cooperation are in everyday life.

At the end of 2023, I left my job to become self-employed, with the goal of reconnecting more deeply with nature and opening new horizons. In my self-employment, I mainly work in the real estate sector and run an online shop together with my husband.

In 2025, I traveled to the United States twice and explored lot of states, including Montana. Experiencing the wide open landscapes and the strong connection to nature there left a deep impression on me and strengthened my wish to return in a more meaningful way.

I am very sporty, enjoy movement, and have no problem with physically demanding tasks. I am reliable, responsible, and not sensitive to cold weather. I can ride horses, have experience with gardening and landscaping, and I am comfortable with cooking and cleaning. Whatever work needs to be done, I am happy to help where an extra pair of hands is needed.

I am not looking for a party or tourist experience, but for a meaningful exchange where I can contribute reliably, learn new practical skills, and be part of everyday life. I value mutual respect, open communication, and a calm working atmosphere.

I have a broad range of practical skills and hands-on experience that are well suited for rural, farm, and ranch environments.

I have experience in the hospitality industry, including housekeeping, maintaining clean and organized spaces, supporting daily operations, and working reliably in service-oriented environments. I understand the importance of consistency, responsibility, and attention to detail.

I am comfortable working with tractors, small machines, and basic equipment, and I am familiar with using tools for maintenance and repair tasks. I enjoy practical, manual work and am not afraid to get my hands dirty.

I also have experience with animal care and basic livestock management, including working calmly around animals, supporting daily routines, and understanding the importance of structure, safety, and respect in animal handling.

In addition, I have experience with gardening, landscaping, and general property care, as well as cooking and cleaning in everyday life. I am physically fit, enjoy movement, and can work reliably in different weather conditions.

Overall, I am dependable, adaptable, and motivated to contribute wherever help is needed while continuing to learn and grow through hands-on experience.

I would love the opportunity to connect in an interview or call and get to know each other better. I am happy to take care of any necessary visa documentation. I am available from April 2026 for at least 2–3 weeks (ideally longer) and could stay until the end of 2026, or possibly longer if it works well for everyone.

at least I should mention, that I am a big fan of old country culture and music (Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, Highwaymen, Don Edwards...)
