Hi, my name is Frank and I’m from the Netherlands.

I enjoy living a balanced life with a combination of practical work, creativity, personal growth, and connection with nature. Meditation is an important part of my life, and I enjoy spending time in peaceful environments where people can learn from each other and grow together.

Professionally, I work in construction and renovation. I have experience with many different types of building work, including painting, plastering, carpentry, and general renovations. I enjoy creating and improving spaces and I like working with my hands.

Before working in construction, I worked as a chef, and cooking is still one of my passions. I enjoy preparing meals for others, learning about different cuisines, and bringing people together around good food.

People often describe me as creative, practical, reliable, and easy to get along with. I enjoy meeting people from different cultures, sharing experiences, and contributing to meaningful projects. Whether it’s helping with building work, cooking, gardening, or community activities, I like to contribute where I can and learn new skills along the way.

I am looking for a place with a positive atmosphere, open-minded people, nature, and opportunities for personal growth, community, and meaningful connections.

My Skills and Experience

I am a practical and hands-on person who enjoys learning new things and helping wherever I can.

Construction & Maintenance
I have professional experience in construction and home renovation. My skills include painting, plastering, basic carpentry, general maintenance, repairs, decorating, and helping with renovation projects. I enjoy building, creating, and improving spaces.

Gardening & Outdoor Work
I enjoy working outdoors and am comfortable helping with gardening, landscaping, planting, weeding, pruning, and general property maintenance. I like physical work and being outside in nature.

Cooking
Before working in construction, I worked as a chef. I still love cooking and enjoy preparing meals for groups, helping in the kitchen, food preparation, and learning new recipes from different cultures.

Animals
I love animals and enjoy spending time with them. I am comfortable helping to care for animals, feeding them, cleaning living areas, and assisting with daily tasks. I especially enjoy being around horses and I love horseback riding.

Community Life
I enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds and contributing to a positive community atmosphere. I like teamwork, sharing meals, meaningful conversations, and helping where needed.

Personal Interests
Meditation, nature, hiking, personal growth, creativity, cooking, animals, community living, and learning practical skills.

One thing that is not really my strength is teaching or leading classes. I am happy to help, support, and work alongside others, but I am not looking for teaching roles.
