Hi! My name is Francesca, I’m 23 years old and I’m a positive, curious and open-minded person with a strong desire to learn and challenge myself.
I have an active lifestyle, I love being outdoors and I feel especially connected to nature and the sea.
I am a certified veterinary technician and animals are a very important part of my life, both personally and professionally. I enjoy taking care of them and I’m happy to help with daily routines, cleaning, feeding and general animal care.
I also worked for three years with children in animation, an experience that helped me become responsible, patient and adaptable, skills that I easily transfer to working with animals and in team environments.
I speak basic English and I understand a little Spanish. I am a practical person and I learn best by doing. I adapt easily to new situations and I’m always willing to help and improve.
I travel solo and Workaway represents a personal comeback for me after a difficult period in my life. It is a way to step out of my comfort zone, grow stronger, improve my language skills and connect deeply with people, animals and different cultures.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

• Veterinary Clinic – Internship (2 years)
I completed a two-year internship in a veterinary clinic, where I assisted veterinarians and technicians with daily activities.
My tasks included basic animal care, cleaning and hygiene, helping during visits, preparing tools and supporting the team. This experience helped me develop responsibility, attention to detail and confidence when working with animals.
• Tourist Resort – Animation Team (Egypt)
I had an international experience in Egypt, working in the animation team of a tourist village.
I worked mainly with children and families, organizing activities, games and group moments. This experience improved my communication skills, adaptability and ability to work in multicultural environments.
• Clothing Store – Sales Assistant (6 months)
I worked for six months in a clothing store, dealing directly with customers.
This job helped me develop strong people skills, patience and problem-solving abilities, as well as learning how to work under pressure and in a team.
