Hi all, I am Francesca from the island of Malta. I have been a primary teacher for the past 4 years and I am looking forward to learn and explore the different cultures the world has to offer. I love animals, the outdoors, training (CrossFit) and singing. Really looking forward to challenge myself and find a new sense of self.

Hi! My name is Mauro and I am Maltese as well. I have worked as a Complaints Executive for the past 7 years and now I am looking to diversify and embrace all that the world has to offer. I really enjoy hiking, training (CrossFit) and football. I'm really looking forward to meeting new people , learning about different lifestyles and offering a helping hand whenever I can.

We have been in a relationship for nearly 10 years, and have lived together for the past two years. We started going out when we were just 17 years, and it has been a beautiful journey ever since. We are now embarking on an 8 month trip, where we will be visiting Australia, New Zealand and various places in South East Asia. This is something that we have been contemplating and planning for a while, and we are so excited that this dream is soon becoming a reality. I hope that we can meet some of you as we make memories that will last a lifetime!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I (Francesca) have a Bachelors degree in Education and can speak Maltese and English. In my line of work, you have to be responsible as you are looking after a class of children and be a quick thinker.

On occasions, I've helped my grandfather in his field picking fruit and vegetables and have taken care of pets when I was younger.

Moreover, I like to take initiative and learn new things.

I (Mauro) graduated University with a Bachelors in Marketing and Management. I went on to do a Post Graduation Diploma in Digital Marketing and management although I have not yet worked in this sector!

Whilst not my line of work, I have helped my father on multiple occasions with painting and general maintenance around the house.

In my line of work, it is very important to be pro-active and to be able to work with minimum supervision, and this is something that I will bring to the table when given the opportunity.

Most importantly, I am a quick learner, and I am always happy to learn and try new things.

Mauro: I have formed part of a local voluntary organisation for the past 6 years . It is something that has provided me with a lot of happiness and satisfaction. I'm always happy to discuss this as it is something I love and it is part of Malta's biggest traditions (Local Feasts).

I have played football for the majority of my life, although now I do not play as often. With that being said I do follow Manchester United and Hamrun Spartans (Local Team) and watch the vast majority of the games.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, seeking adventures or having a quiet night in watching some Netflix!

Francesca: I have been singing since I was a little girl and now form part of a band were we sing in weddings, church functions and other events.

Have attended a cooking course as I enjoy baking and learning new recipes.

I love going out and also cherish moments with my friends and family, playing board games or watching a movie.
