My name is Florentina Dan, a 38yo woman always eager to learn new things and highly interested in activities that bring a positive change in the world! After working in administrative roles for 4 years in small start-ups, I have decided to start my own business in the field of event planning. So, since 2012 I have planned, organised and decorated corporate & private events, art classes and art exhibits. Between 2016 and 2019 I have planned and organized non-formal classes for children from 4 to 14 years old.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

*Implementing event plans and concepts.
Planing and organizing private events (wedding, baptism, private party up to 200 people), corporate events (workshops, seminars, art exhibits, theatre plays, up to 300 people) art classes for children and adults.
Developing and implementing marketing and media communication strategies.
Handling budget and invoicing.
Comunicating with vendors and suppliers, before, during and after the event.
*Event day - supervizing and coordinating the team involved in the event as well as different vendors (catering, music, photography).
Making sure the timeline is followed and handling problems that might arise during the event.
*Continuos research in order to provide our clients the best solutions and ideas for their events - meeting their desires and requirements.
*Ensuring all events comply with health and safety standards.
*Organizing non formal classes for children ages 4-14. Between 2016 and 2019 I have organized art classes for children, this includes painting, photography, cinematography, acting, music, foreign languages. At the end of each school year we would have an exhibit
showcasing their evolution.
