Hi, I'm Toni from England and I'm 31 years old. I'm in Japan on a working holiday for one year and it's good to be back!

I studied here as an international exchange student in 2014-15 and I'm excited to see what's changed. I previously lived on Kyushu, so I would like to explore places I haven't been and get a true sense of the different lifestyles across Japan.

I'm adaptable, organised and efficient, who likes talking with other people (especially in Japanese). I enjoy arts and crafts, swing dance, board games, karaoke and I'm learning to code Python.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Over the past 5 years I've worked in Marketing, with a preference towards user journeys and customer behaviour. I enjoy seeing where problems occur, coming up with a way to fix them and leaving a lasting process that improves the customer experience. This typically involves user research, creating new materials, managing the brand voice and designing campaigns.

I have experience as a waitress, in a kitchen, supermarket and teaching English. I have volunteered with Arts organisations, the 2012 Olympics and community kitchens.

Generally, I'm quite competent so if I try something new I do an acceptable job very quickly. The exception, as I have found out, is playing music!
